Tarteel processes Premium subscriptions through Apple and Google billing on their respective devices and through Stripe on our website.
We do not manage payments or subscriptions ourselves directly, so please follow the instructions below based on the platform you originally used to subscribe to.
To request a refund for purchase from Tarteel for:
- Apple (iOS): Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
- Google (Android): Learn about refunds on Google Play
- Web: Send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Refund" which includes your Tarteel username and the reason for requesting the refund
My account has become Premium subscription but I did not pay and subscribe for premium. Is it trial?
