How do I get a refund?

Tarteel processes Premium subscriptions through Apple and Google billing on their respective devices and through Stripe on our website. We do not manage payments or subscriptions directly. Please follow the instructions below based on the platform you originally used to subscribe.

To request a refund for a purchase from Tarteel:

  • Apple (iOS): Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple. You can do this through the Apple support page.

  • Google (Android): Learn about refunds on Google Play through the Google support page.

  • Web: Contact our support team at for a refund.
