How do I redeem a promo code?

Tarteel uses the Google Play and Apple App Store billing on respective devices so you'll have to redeem promo codes using the App Store and not the Tarteel App.

Follow the same official instructions for redeeming a gift card but instead of using your camera to redeem the code, select "Enter Code Manually."
