In some cases, when when a Tarteel Premium subscription is purchased from outside the app itself, Tarteel does not correctly detect the new Premium subscription status.
To fix this, please follow the steps below:
- From the Account screen tap on the "Restore Purchases" option.
- If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact us at support@tarteel.ai and mention the issue along with your account username.

Restore subscription doesn’t appear. I have subscription but the application is only the free version.
The "Restore Purchases" option appears on the Account screen if the application is in the free mode. Please double check and contact our team with a screenshot of that screen if you need further assistance.
If you purchased your subscription from our website, you will need to contact our team and provide them your account details to request assistance with restoring a subscription.
