How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please follow the steps below: 

1. While logged in, open the app menu
2. Tap on the "Account" Icon
3. Scroll down to "Delete Account"
4. A warning box will pop-up, tap on "DELETE ACCOUNT" if you're determined to delete the account
5. The app will automatically delete your account and defaults back to the main home page

Please note that deleting your account is not the same as unsubscribing from Tarteel Premium. To unsubscribe, please follow the steps in this article: How do I end my Premium Subscription?

What will be deleted:

The following data will be deleted immediately:

• App activity
• Account details
• Mailing list registration
• Audio recordings connected with your account

The following data will be preserved:

• Payment records
• Anonymized audio recordings that may have been randomly sampled for use in training Tarteel's AI while you had audio collection and usage for AI training enabled in the app
