If you're running into issues where the voice search or the recitation feedback is slow, there are a few things that you might want to check to hopefully fix the issue:
- Check to make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Some internet providers and VPNs may also block ports that use our service, which will prevent you from performing voice-related services
- Try restarting the app and/or your phone. This usually fixes any issues that might be caused by other apps using the internet or the microphone
- If your recitation is too fast, Tarteel's AI might not be able to catch up with you! We're constantly working on improving our voice recognition to identify fast {Hadr} recitation
- If the voice search is consistently not working after following all the aforementioned steps, please submit a bug report in the app, and our Tarteel team will follow up to hopefully assist

I can't use application, when I tap microphone displayed "sorry it has been mistaked"
Anytime i started to record, it always stopped at 5th second and appear “something went wrong”. However i've restarted my tab, restarted the application, until re-install the app, what i missed? To fix this? Is it because it's not premium? Should i upgrade it to premium?
