How can I change the Quran reader view (font, lines, etc.)?

The Quran reader is very modular and has many settings!
You can find all the settings either from the home screen:

Main Menu > Settings > Reader

Or the Quran Reader:

Tap anywhere on the screen > Settings (top right corner)

From here, you can change this like the fonts, font sizes, translations, and transliterations.
