How do I reset my account's password?

You can simply reset your password by following the steps below: 

• Once you open the application, and from the home page, tap on "Login"
• Tap on "Forgot password? Tap to Reset" 
• Enter your email address associated with your Tarteel account 
• Tap on "Reset Password"
• If you set up verification, you will receive a 6-digit code in your email to input into the screen {If not, then you won't see this step}
• You'll then receive your password reset instructions in that email, so please follow the instructions accordingly and change your password! 

** Please note: Password reset only applies if you signed up using your email and password. If you use Google or Apple Sign-in, you will need to reset your password on your device separately from the Tarteel App.
