I have a Premium subscription already. Can I get/join a Family Plan?

Starting a new Family Plan subscription

You can start a family plan at any time, however, if you have an existing subscription you will not receive a refund for the time remaining in it. Starting a family plan subscription will not automatically cancel your existing Premium subscription; you will need to cancel your existing subscription manually.

If your existing subscription is an individual annual subscription, you may be eligible for a discount towards your new family plan subscription depending on the platform (iOS/Android/web) through which you purchased your existing subscription and the time remaining in it. Please reach out to our support team with your account email and username along with the platform through which you purchased so we can determine eligibility.

 

Joining an existing Family Plan subscription

You can join a family plan at any time, however, if you have an existing subscription you will not receive a refund for the time remaining in it and joining a family plan subscription will not automatically cancel your existing Premium subscription. You will need to cancel your existing subscription manually.
