Only the Account Manager can add or remove members in the Family Plan. If you are the Account Manager and would like to add a member:
- Go to your Account Page in the Tarteel App
- Verify that you see “Family Plan” in Subscription Status
- Click on “Manage Family Plan”
You should be able to see all Plan Members.
Adding a Member
To add a member, tap on “Share Invite Link”. This will open a sharing menu with the link ready to be shared. The invite link will look something like: https://app.tarteel.ai/family/join/invite/EXAMPLE
Once the member receives the link and clicks on it, they will be redirected to login to their Tarteel account if they already have one. If they don’t, they are required to create a new Tarteel account.

Removing a Member
To remove a member, click on “Remove” next to the member's name.
