How do I redeem a Family Plan Gift Card?

A Tarteel Family Plan gift card code should be redeemed only once by the person who will be the Account Manager.

To set up your Family Plan purchased as a gift card:

1. Receive the gift card code from whoever purchased the gift card. It will be sent to them by email when they purchase.
2. Have whoever will be the Account Manager of the family plan redeem the code on our website: https://app.tarteel.ai/gift-cards/redeem
3. The Account Manager can then send an invite link to up to 4 other Tarteel users to join the plan
