Hide Ayahs

If you're ready to up against our A.I, you'll want to set the scene by hiding the Ayahs in your Quran reader view. This immediately blanks out ALL the verses on the page and leaves the Ayah markers alone. If you're feeling super confident, you can hide the Ayah markers, too, in your Settings which will show you later on in this article.

To hide the Ayahs and make the screen blank, make sure you're first using Tarteel in Recite mode. Learn more about each mode in more detail, here.

Once you're in Recite mode and you're back on the main Quran reader screen, you'll notice an icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen that has an eye with a line going through it - that's how you're going to blank out all the verses. Simply tap it and watch your screen turn white.

The verses will disappear and it's up to you to fill them out with accurate

memorization! If you recite correctly, the verses will fill the page but if you get stuck, our A.I will be sure to let you know.
