I redeemed a 3 year Gift Card, but my account shows that it will expire in 1 year. Why is that?

If you purchased one of our exclusive Black Cards, you'll have access to Tarteel Premium for 3 years. Once redeemed, the subscription details in your account might show that your Premium will expire in 1 year but this is simply an indication of the date of renewal. Your subscription will renew on that date until you reach the end of the 3 year term inshaAllah.
