I purchased a Tarteel annual subscription and didn't use the app for a while, can I get a partial refund?

We recommend opting for a monthly subscription if you're unsure of how much use you'll get out of Tarteel. In this instance, if you'd purchased the annual subscription and it was simply a case of not using the app very much, you would not be eligible for a refund.
