I purchased Premium, but it's not showing

In some cases, when when a Tarteel Premium subscription is purchased from outside the app itself, Tarteel does not correctly detect the new Premium subscription status.

To fix this:

  • From the Account screen tap on the "Restore Purchases" option.

  • If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact us via the chatbot at the bottom of the page.
