How to Request a Refund

Requesting a Refund for Your Tarteel Subscription

At Tarteel, we process Premium subscriptions through Apple and Google billing on their respective devices, as well as through Stripe on our website. Since we do not directly manage payments or subscriptions, refund requests must be handled through the platform where the original purchase was made. Below are the steps to request a refund based on your subscription method:

1. Apple (iOS):

  • If you purchased your Tarteel subscription through the Apple App Store, you can request a refund by visiting the Apple Support page. Apple manages all refunds for purchases made through their platform.

2. Google (Android):

  • For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, you can request a refund via the Google Support page. Google handles all refunds for purchases made through their platform.

3. Web:

  • If you subscribed to Tarteel directly through our website, you can use the chat icon in the bottom corner of the screen to contact our support team for assistance with your refund request.

Important Note:

  • Gift Cards: Please be aware that refunds are not available for gift cards. Once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable.
