There can be multiple reasons why you have not received your password reset or email verification code:

  1. Check if the email you used when signing up or resetting your password is correct and has no typos

  2. Check the spam folder in your email

  3. Check your inbox storage space. If you’ve reached the maximum storage space you will not receive any new emails.
