Session recordings and mistake audio playback are Premium-only features. If you are on the free tier, you will not be able to play back recitation recordings or mistake audio.
Listen to a Full Session Recording
Open Tarteel on your device.
Go to the Activity tab.
Tap Session History.
Select a session that was recorded in Recitation mode.
Tap Play to listen to the full recording.
Listen to Specific Mistake Audio
Open Tarteel on your device.
Go to the Activity tab.
Tap Session History.
Open the Mistakes tab.
Select the session you’d like to review and tap the mistake count
Tap Play to hear the mistake audio.
Tap the reciter button next to it to hear the correct recitation.
Important Notes
Premium required: Session playback and mistake audio playback are available exclusively to Premium subscribers.
Recording must be enabled: Before starting a recitation session, make sure recording is enabled. Go to Settings > Data Usage, then toggle on Save audio data.
Recitation mode only: Playback is available only for sessions recorded in Recitation mode.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot play back your recordings or mistakes, one possible cause is that the audio is from a period before you subscribed, or between subscription renewals. Recordings for non-Premium users are regularly wiped.
If that does not apply and you still cannot play back your recordings, try the following:
Update to the latest version of the Tarteel app.
Restart the app, then try again.
If the issue persists, contact our support team and include a short screen recording showing the problem so we can investigate.
