It may be that you've subscribed to Premium but you're only getting the Mistake Detection when reciting in Tarteel. To go one step further and be notified of your Tashkeel mistakes, simply head to your Settings and make sure that the Tashkeel Recognition is toggled towards being ON as indicated below:
