A Tarteel Family Plan gift card code should be redeemed only once by the person who will be the Account Manager.
To set up your Family Plan purchased as a gift card:
Receive the gift card code from whoever purchased the gift card. It will be sent to them by email when they purchase.
Have whoever will be the Account Manager of the family plan redeem the code on our website: https://tarteel.ai/gift-cards/redeem
The Account Manager can then send an invite link to up to 4 other Tarteel users to join the plan
Please note the following important notes for gift card redemptions
Gift cards can only be redeemed on Tarteel accounts with NO active subscriptions. This means if you have an active subscription, you will need to cancel that first ( )
Gift cards can only be redeemed once. Only the Family Plan Account Manager needs to redeem a gift card—other users can join the plan through an invite link without needing additional gift cards.
Gift cards are non-refundable
