Here's how to redeem your Tarteel gift card and what to do if you run into any issues along the way. Most gift card problems have a quick fix.
How to redeem your gift card
Go to tarteel.ai/gift-cards/redeem.
Enter your gift card code into the "Gift code" field and click submit.
If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in. If you don't have a Tarteel account yet, you can create one at this step.
Once the code is accepted, your Premium subscription will activate immediately.
Before you redeem, keep in mind:
Gift cards can only be redeemed on accounts with no active subscription. If you already have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel it first before redeeming.
Each gift card code can only be used once.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
My code isn't working
If your gift card code is being rejected, here are the most common reasons and what to try:
The code has already been redeemed
Each code can only be used once. If someone else in your household or the person who gifted it to you accidentally redeemed it, the code will show as already used. Check with the person who purchased the gift card to confirm.
You have an active subscription
Gift cards can't be applied to accounts that already have a Premium subscription. If you currently have an active subscription, cancel it first, then try redeeming the code again.
There's a typo in the code
Double-check the code carefully — it's easy to mix up similar characters (like the letter O and the number 0, or the letter I and the number 1). Copy and paste the code from the email if possible to avoid errors.
You're logged into the wrong account
Make sure you're signed into the Tarteel account where you want Premium activated. If you have multiple accounts or signed in with a different method (Google vs. email, for example), you may be on the wrong one.
I never received my gift card code
The gift card code is sent in a separate email from the purchase receipt. If you bought a gift card but don't see the code:
Check your spam or junk folder. The email containing the code sometimes gets filtered.
Search your inbox for an email from Tarteel that references your gift card code — it may be in a different folder than the purchase confirmation.
