If you are a member of someone's Tarteel Family Plan and your Premium stopped, this article lists out all the possible reasons why and how to get it back.

If the Family Plan manager removed you from the Family Plan, your Family Plan Premium stops at once. Your account, progress, and recordings stay. Ask the Family Plan manager to invite you again. A Family Plan has space for 5 people, including the manager.

If you selected Leave Family Plan, your Family Plan Premium stops at once. To join again, ask the Family Plan manager for a new invite. There must be space on the Family Plan.

If the Family Plan manager cancelled the Family Plan, you keep Premium until the end of the period that the manager paid for. Then Family Plan Premium stops for all members. If the manager starts the Family Plan again, your Premium comes back. You do not need a new invite.

If the Family Plan renewal payment fails, Family Plan Premium stops for all members as soon as the payment fails. If the payment goes through on a retry, your Premium comes back with it.

If the Family Plan manager got a refund for the Family Plan, Family Plan Premium stops for all members at once. We send each member an email with the subject "Your Tarteel Family Plan access has ended". For more information, contact your Family Plan manager.

If the Family Plan came from a Family Plan gift card, Family Plan Premium stops for all members when the gift card period ends. This is 12 months after the manager redeemed the gift card. The Family Plan is closed, so you need a new invite if the manager starts a new Family Plan.
