Congratulations on being accepted into the Tarteel Alim program! To start using your Premium features, you need to complete one final setup step.
The Alim program works on a "Pay What You Can" model. During setup, you'll choose a monthly amount that you can comfortably commit to for the next 12 months. If you're unable to pay anything at all, that's completely fine — you can enter $0 and still receive full Premium access.
Complete your Alim subscription setup
Visit tarteel.ai/alim/accept. You can also find this link in your acceptance email.
Be sure you are logged in with the same Tarteel account you used when you applied to the Alim program.
You'll be asked to choose a monthly amount you can afford. Enter whatever works for you — even $0 is accepted.
You'll then be taken to a checkout page to confirm your subscription, even if your amount is $0. The checkout step is how the system activates your Premium access. If your chosen amount is $0, you will not be charged anything. Abandoning the checkout step will stop your subscription from being activated.
Complete the checkout by confirming your details and tapping Subscribe (or the equivalent button on your screen).
Open the Tarteel app and your Premium features should now be active.
I don't see the acceptance email
Check your spam or junk folder — the email may have been filtered. Search for an email from Tarteel with the subject line referencing your Alim acceptance.
If you still can't find it, you can go directly to tarteel.ai/alim/accept and log in with the account you applied with.
I completed checkout but Premium still isn't showing
Make sure you're logged into the Tarteel app with the same account you used on the Alim acceptance page. Double-check your email for typos.
Be aware that if you logged in with a different method (for example, Google instead of email, or vice versa), the app may have created a new account that isn't linked to your Alim acceptance. Check the email shown on your Account screen and confirm it matches the one you applied with.
Try force-closing and reopening the app.
Check that you're running the latest version of Tarteel from the App Store or Google Play.
