How to delete your account
To delete your account, please follow the steps below:
While logged in, open the app menu
Tap on the "Account" Icon
Scroll down to "Delete Account"
A warning box will pop-up, tap on "DELETE ACCOUNT" if you're determined to delete the account
The app will automatically delete your account and defaults back to the main home page
If you are unable to access your account in order to delete it, you can use the chat button at the bottom of the page to reach our team and request that your account be deleted.
Please note that deleting your account is not the same as unsubscribing from Tarteel Premium. To unsubscribe, please follow the steps in this article: How to cancel my subscription
What will be deleted:
App activity
Account details
Mailing list registration
Audio recordings connected with your account
What is preserved:
Payment records
Anonymized audio recordings used for AI training (if you opted in)
