To switch from a monthly Premium subscription to a yearly one, we recommend cancelling the monthly one first when you are nearing the next billing cycle.
Tarteel processes Premium subscriptions through Apple and Google billing on their respective devices, and through Stripe on our website. We do not manage payments or subscriptions ourselves directly, so please follow the instructions below based on the platform you originally used to subscribe to.
To unsubscribe from Tarteel Premium:

Google (Android): Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
Web: Log in to https://tarteel.ai, visit the account screen, and then follow the instructions
Then choose the annual plan via:

Switching to the Family Plan instead?
The Family Plan uses a different flow. If you pay through our website you do not cancel first. It happens in one transaction.
Monthly subscriptions do not earn a credit when you switch to the Family Plan. Only annual subscriptions do. Read How do I switch from Premium to the Family Plan?.
