To switch from a monthly Premium subscription to a yearly one, we recommend cancelling the monthly one first when you are nearing the next billing cycle.
You cancel your monthly plan in the same place where you paid. Tarteel Premium subscriptions are paid through Apple, Google Play, or Stripe on the Tarteel website.
To cancel the monthly subscription so it doesn’t renew:
Apple (iOS): How to cancel a subscription from Apple
Google (Android): Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
Web: Log in to tarteel.ai/account and select Manage Subscription. This opens your Stripe billing page. Select Cancel subscription, then select Cancel subscription again to confirm.
Then choose the annual plan via:
Google Play Store on Android
Apple App Store on iOS
Website: tarteel.ai/purchase
Switching to the Family Plan instead?
Log in to tarteel.ai with the Tarteel account that you want to switch to the Family Plan.
Go to the pricing page.
Select Switch to Family Plan.
