I paid for Tarteel Premium on the Tarteel website
You can request a refund for a renewal payment yourself, within 7 days after the renewal charge.
Go to tarteel.ai/account. Log in with the same Tarteel account that you used to pay.
Select Request Refund.
Choose the reason for your refund, then select Submit refund.
The refund cancels your Tarteel Premium subscription at once, so it does not renew again. The money usually reaches your account in 5 to 10 business days.
If more than 7 days have passed since the renewal charge, the screen shows "Refund unavailable". You keep Premium until the end of the period that you paid for. To stop the next renewal, read How to cancel my subscription.
I paid for Tarteel Premium through Apple or Google Play
Apple and Google Play handle refunds for renewals made in their stores. Read How to request a refund for the steps. Then check your Apple or Google Play subscription settings, and make sure your Tarteel subscription is cancelled so that it does not renew again.
