Alhamdulillah, if you're able to subscribe to Tarteel Premium, or if you now have access to a payment method that allows you to purchase a subscription, and you no longer require the support of the Alim Program, you can cancel it yourself via the following steps:
On our Website:
Log in to https://tarteel.ai/
Click on "Account" in the top right corner, then click "Manage" from the dropdown or visit https://tarteel.ai/account
Click "Cancel Alim" at the bottom
Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Cancel Alim" again in the pop-up
On the Mobile app:
Go to the main menu
Tap the "Account" icon
Tap "Cancel Alim Program Subscription"
Tap "Ok" to confirm
Moving to the Family Plan? Do not cancel Alim here. Go to tarteel.ai/pricing and click "Switch to Family Plan". We end your Alim membership for you once your payment succeeds. Alim does not earn a credit, so you pay the full Family Plan price. Read How do I switch from Premium to the Family Plan?.
